All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

3. Custom Orders

Many of our items are handmade and/or customized to your specifications. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order, as custom work cannot be changed or refunded once production begins.

4. Shipping & Pickup

At this time, we primarily offer local pickup and delivery within Virginia. If shipping becomes available, it will be limited to the United States only. Shipping times and costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage once an order has been shipped.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if there is a problem with your item. We will work with you to resolve issues involving defects or damage.

6. Party Planning Services

Our party planning and coordination services are subject to individual service agreements that will outline timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. Deposits are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated.
